Build note

Keeping financial logic inspectable

A ViabilizAI build note on connecting financial outcomes back to the assumptions that produced them.

The result is not enough

A feasibility indicator only becomes useful when the developer can trace it back to land, construction, revenue, schedule and cash-flow assumptions.

ViabilizAI is being structured so the model remains visible as those assumptions change. VGV, margin, ROI, NPV, IRR and payback should never appear as unexplained outputs.

Design for revision

Real estate feasibility changes as project information becomes clearer. Scenario and sensitivity analysis therefore need to preserve the relationship between the revised input and the resulting decision.

The interface direction is focused on that traceability before visual polish or automated recommendations are treated as complete product behavior.
